Rampage at Victoria Leeds
Rampage, the UK’s only legal car park bike challenge, is set to take over Victoria Leeds car park on Thursday 3rd July.
Rampage is back for 2025 and is set to be bigger and better than ever, raising vital funds for Yorkshire Children’s Charity.
Taking place in the Victoria Leeds car park on Thursday 3rd July, riders will push their legs and lungs to the limit in this electrifying knockout cycling event. Over three rounds of racing, with a Corporate event (4pm), Youth event (5pm) and Adult event (6pm), 150 riders are set to take on the UK’s only legal car park bike challenge.
The event has already been backed on social media by Olympians, Tom Pidcock, Ed Clancy and Jonny Brownlee. As well as professional cyclists Dani Rowe and Fred Wright.
The rooftop of the Victoria Gate car park will be opened to the public for free spectatorship of the challenge, as well as providing the perfect alternative to Thursday night drinks with street food, pop-up brewery and a live DJ.
Spectators will be able to cheer on the riders from the covered ‘finish zone’ whilst enjoying food and drink from a variety of Yorkshire independent food and drink vendors, including Little Bao Boy, Fat Pigeon, Cold Bath Brewery, The Clubhouse, and Fennells. With a live DJ set to soundtrack the event late into the evening, the charity is hoping to draw in a crowd of spectators in support of the event.
The event is organised by Yorkshire Children’s Charity, a local charity supporting children in Yorkshire who are at a disadvantage due to ill health, disability or financial circumstance.
In 2024, the charity launched a brand-new ‘Kids on Bikes’ programme in partnership with Olympic gold medallist, Tom Piddock. The series of days out allows inner-city children to experience bike riding in the wonderful Yorkshire countryside, many for the first time. Last year, the charity hosted nine ‘Kids on Bikes’ days, across three locations for over 200 children.
Here’s how to get involved:
